1. Courses listed in the catalogue as being taught yearly (as well as courses with no designation as to when they are taught) will be automatically dropped from the catalogue if they are not taught for two successive years.
2. Courses listed as being taught every other year will automatically be dropped from the catalogue if they are not taught for three successive years.

Note: Selected Topic courses offered "on demand" will be exempt from this policy as it is understood that they are offered when possible, reflecting both student demand and staffing considerations.

Elimination of these courses will be carried out by the Provost and Dean of the College after notifying the respective departmental chairperson.

Exemptions will be petitioned to the Academic Policy Council.
